General discussion • An rpi3 does not work the same as an rpi4

Let me explain, I have the latest Raspbian installed on one of the latest rpi4 models. When executing tasks in crontab or when configuring it to hide the mouse, the taskbar, etc., it does not work, it ignores the configurations completely, instead the same SD with the same operating system, everything the same, I put it in an rpi3 and everything works perfectly . Why is this happening? What can I do to make it work the same on an rpi4?
