No it isn't. Any T-ing off of the signal will probably cause all sorts of electrical reflections and errors on these lines. Go for a software solution.

Would it be possible using an MST hub and setting the PC/Windows side to mirror its output to both "screens"?

Though I guess that's more hardware to add inside what's likely to be a very space limited laptop shell. And then there is the fact that no Pi has a native HDMI input port so something else to add/fit in.
A MST hub usually accepts DisplayPort connectors and signals. I don't recall ever seeing one with any of the 'standards' for eDP connectors so you'd also need the eDP to DP convertor board.
