I tried this, it seems like it did something, but now the LED is flashing red and orange really fast.According the LED warning flash codes that means "Fatal firmware error".
You could try reflashing the bootloader EEPROM using a spare SD card and the recovery images from Raspberry Pi Imager
Choose OS -> Misc utility images -> Bootloader (Pi 5 family), then choose your preferred boot type.
The screen should turn green if it completes successfully.
I know this is a power issue, but now I wonder if its the port, the firmware, or the board. I used two psus, one running at 45w and the other at probably 5-10w, and neither had a difference, so its most likely not a external power issue. I'm pretty sure its just those three options but yes there still is the possibility of it just being both power supplies but I think that is rather unlikely.
