Apparently, The PI5 is using HDMI 2.0, which doesn't feature ALLM, which was introduced in HDMI 2.1.
So, this is a fail for ALLM. Next RPI maybe...
I manage to deactivate all kind of interpolation on my tv, to have something way more reactive for the PI, but this is tedious to enable/disable on the fly. ALLM is more convenient, as it is automatic.
