Thanks, that’s good to know, i by no means have any particular hardware set in stone other than the 30vdc motor I have to drive and the RTD probes for temp. I only thought the Pi was a better option just to simplify having the touchscreen display plug and play but if the pico is better suited I will go that route
I would have this wired in place of the old controller, so it is already protected behind the existing shutdown circuits and manual shutdowns.
