I have now created an issue.
You have "/usr/local/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/cmake" and "/usr/local/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/cmake" where I have nothing between 'lib/cmake'. Those both look like architecture or compiler types to me. Could they be settings hanging around from something else which I didn't have, or something you previously did which I didn't do ? Are you using some toolchain or toolchain type setting I don't use ?
No nothing special.

I guess that you are using Bookworm, whereas slimhazard and I are both using Bullseye. I suspect that the issue is caused by an older version of cmake on Bullseye.
