Hi, I've been trying to hook up my Raspberry Pi 4 to my PVM CRT for a while now. I found some friends who helped me write a custom edid to try and force 480i while running Wayland on the latest Debian Bookworm Desktop Setup. But no matter what we try it ends up forcing 576i and that's the only mode we can get for the CRT to accept it. This is not ideal because 576 cuts off pixels for the video content I intend to play on the tv. This project isn't for gaming so any of those hats that output 240p won't really help me. I need 720 x 480 i (the monitor won't accept 480p)
Does anyone have any suggestions? Or any converter boxes that they've used themselves on a CRT for component input that they know 100% works? Right now I'm just using a cheap converter box for the R + G +B inputs on the television.
