Troubleshooting • Re: Is this symptomatic of a failing SD card?

Further to this, I've got a new card and installed Bullseye 32 bit on it. Full GUI.
I've put my application on it. And guess what? It doesn't run.
I use 2 serial ports : '/dev/serial0' which is connected to a serial LCD touch screen. As far as I can tell, this still works.
I then have a PICO plugged into the USB socket (not the power one).
The Pi sends a serial command via '/dev/ttyACM0' to the PICO which responds.
However, I can't get the PICO port to open.

I've checked the old cmdline.txt and config.txt files on the Buster system and my new Bullseye ones now match. But something would appear to be different between the two OS's.

I even tried messing around with dwc2 and g_serial with no luck. Can anyone help.
