O:K. some things that caught my attention:
what is there connected to GPIO? Get rid of that first and connect later.

is that an aluminum bag underneath the CM4IO? Not a good idea! --> remove that and if in doubt fix the CM4IO on a piece of cardboard you have a round for sure.

What CM4 is that, means what's the size of the eMMC?

you have the microUSB still connected as well as USB devices --> that's not going to work! Disconnect the microUSB lead!
